Sheriff - Snowmobile Safety Classes

Snowmobile Safety Classes

These classes are for Adults and Children 12 years old or older. Children between the ages of 12 and 17 years old are required to possess this certificate anytime they are operating a snowmobile in the State of Michigan, unless they are on their parent's private property.

All participants must attend both days of the class, successful participants will receive a certificate.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR A CLASS

Contact the appropriate Adult Community Education Office to inquire about class availability.

2007-08 Snowmobile Safety Class

Snowmobile Safety Classes will be held by Leslie Coffman and sponsored by Livingston

County Sheriff Department .

These classes are for Adults and Children between the ages of 12-17. They will receive a certificate upon completion of the course. They must complete both days of one week to receive the certificate. This certificate is required for children between the ages of 12-17 to ride snowmobiles off parent’s private property, or any State Trail.
