2001 Assigned to Secondary Road Patrol, Traffic Accident Reconstruction

2003 Hired by Paradise Valley Police Department, Paradise Valley, AZ – assigned to Road Patrol

2003-2006 Completed over 400 hours of in service training including Mastering Performance Phase I and II (Leadership, Supervision and Management), General Instructor and Grant Writing

2004 Appointed Field Training Officer

2005 Began Graduate School at Northern Arizona University for Master’s Degree in Administration-Public Management (Master’s  Degree to be Granted in 2007)

2006 Awarded Meritorious Service Medal by the Paradise Valley Police Dept
